She is an experienced project leader with over 20 years demonstrated history of working with Intergovernmental institutions and International and local non-profit organisations including Oxfam International (OI), Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES), American Friends Service Committee (AFSC), the Centre for Peace Initiatives in Africa (CPIA) and Zambia Civic Education Association.<\/p>\n

Brenda has exemplary theoretical and practical skills necessary to analyse and design political, legal and policy interventions on a vast range of development, governance, humanitarian, gender and peace and security issues; with vast experience in strategic planning and programme management, advocacy\/lobbying, negotiating, resource mobilisation. Her diverse experience in programming and working on and within the African Union gives her a balanced and unique approach to development, human rights and social justice\u2019
\nShe has living and\/or working experience in 32 countries.<\/p>\n

Brenda holds a Masters of Law – LLM Degree in European and International Law (Bremen University), Post-Graduate Studies in Gender, a woman\u2019s body \u2013 politics and experiences (International Women’s Virtual University – Germany), MA- Managing Peace and Security (Addis Ababa University) and a Bachelor of Laws – LLB Degree (University of Zambia).[\/vc_custom_heading][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
