Accommodation & Transport

Each person will be responsible for making their own reservations at nearby hotels and Airbnb’s.

In order to accommodate the needs of all Hashers, there is no single Hash Hotel. Within walking distance of the venue are hotels that charge as much as $500 per night, and some that go as low as $25.

We will provide a list of options, and YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING YOUR OWN RESERVATIONS. This way, you can make payment direct to the hotel, taking into account your arrival and departure dates and the money you have available to spend.

For the cheapest hotels – the 5 Bedbug Specials🪲– online booking is not an option. Please feel free to email Josh/MM at josh.heikkila@gmail.com, and we will help facilitate a reservation for you. You will be expected to pay on your own when you arrive. 

Please contact us by 1 June if you need help with inexpensive rooms. After June 1, it will not be possible to guarantee one of them. More info will follow with the hotels list.

There are many Airbnbs available in the Osu neighborhood. You are free to look online and find your own accommodation.

All transportation between your hotel and venue will be on your own two feet, or with Bolt or Uber which you pay for. To cut down on costs, we will not have a bus making runs. Uber, Bolt, and Yango are super cheap and easy. Come with data on your phone, but if not, we'll help you get a local sim.
